Shipping Information

Shipping is done via the USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the shipment. Total shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for Order Processing. Orders placed after 5pm EST will begin processing the following business day.

Choopie is not responsible for shipments once they have been picked up by USPS. If insurance or signature is required, please contact Choopie immediately after the order is placed with your order number. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Choopie does not provide tracking on packages. 

All customs/duty import fees are the responsibility of the consumer. Delays in shipping may be due to customs. If your package is delayed please contact your local post office to inquire about the delayed package.

Returns Information

Should you find the need to return your Choopie products for any reason, we do accept returns for a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping charges.
